We are dedicated to creating a menu based on regional ingredients. The team at Dandelion Eatery believes local resources will increase, as restaurants look more and more to their own backyard for the best ingredients. We have developed our dishes using seasonal and regional bounty. Dandelion Eatery supports producers practicing sustainable agriculture.

Our vinegars are made from a Bordeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet grape cultivars, cultured by an indigenous “mother” which originates from the first vinegar made on the farm in 1988.
